Purpose
The organized unit of United Women in Faith shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

General Group Meetings
Luncheon Meetings:
Second Tuesdays, 10:00am-12:30pm, in MacMurdo Hall–January, March, April, May, September, November, December
Continental Breakfast meetings:
Second Saturdays, 9:30-11:30am, in MacMurdo–February and October

Monthly Activity Groups
There is a group for everyone. You are welcome to participate in as many groups as you like.
Ankh varied programs and activities, such as potlucks, speakers and service projects. (4th Tuesday, 7:00pm, Room E25 and various locations)
Bible Study uses a selected guide to learn about books in the Bible. (3rd Tuesday, 10:00am, Room E-4)
Calexico presents varied programs in members’ homes about community and faith. (4th Tuesday, 9:45am, homes)
Cards and Games for Projects meets for bridge, Mexican Train Dominoes, or Scrabble played by both men and women. (Various times and places)
Fashion Memories presents vintage fashion shows to various organizations. Members model and care for the clothing collection. (Various times and places as scheduled)
Knife and Fork has a short meeting at St. Mark’s, then dines at an announced local restaurant. (1st Thursday, noon, Library)
NOW (New Order of Wisdom) is a study group which uses UMW resources. (1st Tuesday, 10:00am, Room E25)
Sewing and Craft welcomes women to sew or to work on your own or a group project for part or all the day (Wednesdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm, Room E-4).
Shalom has varied programs, activities, and service projects. (3rd Monday, 7:00pm in Room E25 and various locations)
Underground meets with various programs, activities and service projects. (2nd Thursday, 7:00pm, various places and homes)
